We continue to grow with two new represented companies

At Comindex, S.A. we are always trying to adapt to the times, offering our clients new additives and specialities. That is why in 2020 we have added two new represented companies to our portfolio: Applynano Solutions and Cirkel.

Applynano Solutions is a Spanish company based in Alicante, which manufactures graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide. The introduction of these nanoparticles in formulations allows different properties of the product to be modified such as electrical and thermal conductivity and mechanical properties, for example scratch resistance. Furthermore, nanoparticles can be dispersed in various systems making them ideal for use in paints, epoxy resins, adhesives, inks, composite materials or plastics.

Cirkel is a German company that manufactures, among other items, functional mineral fillers based on hydrated calcium silicate. One of these functional fillers is CIRCOLIT which is especially designed to partially replace TiO₂ in formulations The main advantages it provides are a high level of whiteness and opacity of the formulation with a low impact on rheology, a saving on the total cost of the formulation and it allows the formulation of water-based paints without the need to incorporate biocides thanks to the alkaline pH that it provides.

This product is mainly recommended for silicate paints and it also complies with the German Blue Angel regulations, making it an environmentally sustainable product
