Never overlook sustainability in the industrial sector

NECOWEL’s aqueous emulsions distributed by Comindex are ideal for the industrial sector. Moreover, since they are APEO-, VOC- and sVOC-free they are the ideal option when committing to sustainable end products.

They offer a range of features, most prominently including their protective properties against chemical products, light and weather, all whilst maintaining an optimal gloss level. Also, they offer excellent adherence to various mediums, such as metal, plastic and wood, making them first-rate in a large number of applications.

We at Comindex recommend using the following grades owing to their outstanding properties:

NECOWEL 5088: this emulsion is based on an aliphatic PU-modified alkyd resin. Aside from excellent weather and yellowing resistance, it offers efficient fast drying and hardness thanks to the PU modifications. All of these features make it suitable as an air drying industrial top coat, i.e., for machinery.
NECOWEL 585: this emulsion is based on an aromatic PU-modified alkyd resin. It is especially suited to formulate air-drying and odourless primers. It is ideal as a primer on account of its adherence on various substrates, such as metal, wood and certain plastics (polyester and ABS) and its fast-drying properties. Moreover, for industrial applications drying at temperatures between 60 and 80 ºC is possible.
