Comindex distributes high quality resins for the formulation of high performance paints and coatings, providing very high chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance.

Within its product range, Silixan has developed SilixanLAB 1110. It is a hydroxyl functional silane polymer with ethoxy groups, especially designed to react with isocyanates or melamines in the formulation of solvent-based products.

Silixan LAB 1110 can be used in the formulation of products as a single resin or combined with other polyols to enhance mechanical, scratch and abrasion resistance.

Silixan has extensive experience in the paints and coatings sector, and is focussed on researching and developing new resins.

Thanks to the multifunctional nature of the raw materials used, it is able to develop different combinations of materials to achieve new surface finishes.
