DCC authorization process for PY.34 and PR.104

We are pleased to inform you that on the 11th December 2014 ECHA filed a consolidated positive opinion of the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) and the Socio Economic Analysis Committee (SEAC) on DCC’s application for Authorisation for C.I. Pigment Yellow 34 (PY.34) and C.I. Pigment Red 104 (PR.104). 
 
Depending on the end use, product authorization is within 12 or 7 years. After this positive decision of the ECHA, just missing the response of the European Commission, expected within a period of 10 months and usually in line with the recommendations of the ECHA.
