In this day and age, keeping ahead of new technologies and making the most of them is paramount; therefore, BYK has endeavoured to adapt by updating its online content and using platforms such as YouTube in order to show the functioning of its additives.

Firstly, its website has a huge range of information, it is translated into many languages and it is easy to browse and comfortable for users. Some useful content that is available includes the following:

Its entire range of additives: the website shows information about the products you may be interested in organised by name, field of application or additive type. Moreover, all the information – technical data sheets, security data sheets, information concerning food contact, REACH, etc. – may be downloaded from the file on each product.
Product security information: Enthis section allows us access to information regarding the security of the additives – SDS, Food Contact, REACH and BRIEF (documents that set out the foremost data on product security).

Furthermore, all this information is available on their mobile app in both Android and iOS.

Lastly, in order to display its additives in a more visual manner, BYK has created a YouTube channel where a new video is uploaded every Wednesday. The videos show various applications for its products, how to correctly incorporate products into a formulation, and they even offer a simple explanation of their properties.
