Comindex presents Pellex, the special pigment range for thermoplastics

Metaflake, which has been represented by Comindex since 2012, manufactures the Pellex range of aluminium-based pigments on a polyethylene wax carrier. The particle size ranges from 9 to 340 microns, lending the product a more granular effect.

All the pigments in the Pellex range meet the FDA regulations on contact with food and may be used for all types of thermoplastics ranging from polyolefins to engineering plastics.

Metaflake is a manufacturer of high quality, high gloss, non-leafing Silver Dollar type aluminium pigments. Metaflake uses an innovative environmentally-friendly water-borne system for their manufacture.
