Comindex markets liquid corrosion inhibitors for aqueous systems, coatings, varnishes, lubricants, water-soluble oils, temporary protection, industrial detergents and other areas.

Vegerust is the Labema sustainable product line, made from raw materials of plant origin not used for human or animal consumption. This product line is an alternative to traditional chemical-based corrosion inhibitors (Labema products: Emadox and AB Rust).

Corrosion inhibitors provide:

Protection against corrosion of iron, cast iron, carbon steel, aluminium, copper, brass and other non-ferrous metals.
Instant formation of a protective film on the surface of metal, passivating it and maintaining a pH which protects it against corrosion.
In-can protection.
Anti flash-rust protection, i.e., they prevent the formation of rust stains that appear on metal supports during the drying process of aqueous products.
