Comindex informs about the DCC authorization: PY.34 and PR.104

We update the status of the application of DCC to reach the authorization to extend the use of the lead pigments PR.104 PY.34.
 
It is expected to discuss this matter during next meetings of the REACH Committee in September and October 2015. It is anticipated that the final decision will be made in December 2015.
 
As DCC was the only manufacturer that filed for approval before the deadline of November 21, 2013, DCC customers and intermediate users can continue using the pigments PR.104 and PY.34 only manufactured by DCC and used only for EC authorized uses until a final decision is taken, assuming that the authorization is also approved by the EC.
