Comindex’s commitment to the sustainable development goals

The sustainability of the planet and, with it, the continuity of life on the planet depends on the conscious and committed action of each and every one of us.

That is how we understand it at Comindex, and it is for this reason that we adopt the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. Committed not only to the protection of the planet, but also to attaining a world with better prospects and opportunities for all, we declare our responsibility towards each and every one of the seventeen goals.

For this reason, we endeavour to compare any action or decision with these goals to make day-by-day progress towards achieving the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Therefore, throughout 2020 at Comindex we have specifically worked on the following goals, which we will continue to build on in 2021:


  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Fair wages
 
  • Health promotion
  • Tiered reincorporation plan and new preventive measures and PPE
  • Safety of facilities and
  • Teleworking tools training
  • Technical training for our team of Commercial Technical Advisors
  • Seminars for clients in online format
  • Collaboration with the UNHCR “Educate A Child” programm
 
  • More than 50% of women in the workforce and managerial positions
  • New hybrid fleet cars
  • Switch to a 100% renewable electricity supplier
 
  • Recovery plan and opportunities
  • Safe working environments
  • Digitisation of processes
  • New products that are environmentally friendly and respect health
 
  • Waste reduction
  • Reduction of paper use
  • Replacement of physical travel with Teams meetings
  • Teleworking
 
  • Code of ethics in all of our relationships
