Corrosion inhibitors: change your mindset!

Water-based coatings for metals and in-can protection are the applications that spring to mind when talking about corrosion inhibitors. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg, as corrosion inhibitors can be used in a multitude of different applications.

The AB RUST, EMADOX and EMARUST range of products marketed by Comindex, S.A. are liquid corrosion inhibitors, which are easily incorporated in formulations and are free of VOCs or heavy metals. Below, we describe other applications that they can be used for:
 

  • Lubricants and metalworking fluids
  • Protection for heating and refrigeration circuits
