Silixan resins stand out owing to their great properties

SILIXAN develops optimal quality resins for paints, coatings and varnishes with a range of properties including high scratch, temperature and weather resistance.

Within its range of products, Silixan has developed Silixan S, a line of active agent concentrate base products, particularly designed to provide anti-corrosion and rust-removal properties. Silixan S can be used in water- and solvent-based systems.

Silixan has extensive experience in the paints and coatings sector, and centres its efforts on research and development into new resins.

Owing to the multi-functional nature of the raw materials used, Silixan can develop new combinations of materials to achieve new surface finishes.

Silixan GmbH is based in Saarbruecken (Germany) and began operating in 1999 through the company Nano-X. In 2013, Silixan began manufacturing and marketing high performance innovative additives and resins.

The company currently markets its products throughout Europe, Asia and North America via a broad network of distributors and partners. Comindex is its official, exclusive distributor for Spain and Portugal.
