Additives for controlled production of thermostable moulding compounds

German company Lehmann & Voss was founded in 1894 and Comindex distributes its products for composites on the Spanish, Portuguese and Moroccan markets.

We offer four families of products: thickening pastes, films for SMC, flame-retardant systems and products for vacuum infusion processes.

• LUVATOL: magnesium oxide- and hydroxide-based thickening pastes for SMC/BMC.
Lehmann&Voss&Co has championed the development of SMC / BMC technology from the very beginning. Magnesium oxide thickening pastes allow our clients’ production processes to be individually controlled with millimetre accuracy.

• TRENNFILM: films for SMC.
PA or co-extruded PE-PA-PE films for SMC production and coating applications, avoiding styrene emissions.

• LUVOGARD: flame-retardant systems.
Flame retardant agents for reactive resins, PVC plastisols and textile coatings.

• Several products for vacuum infusion processes:

  • PEEL PLY: 6.6 polyamide fabric designed to impart a texture to surfaces and enhance paint adhesion to the composite, assuring optimal surface finish.
  • COMBIMESH: resin distribution mesh designed for vacuum infusion technology, made from a perforated film and a woven mesh.
  • VACUUM INFUSION FILMS: vacuum films for resin infusion systems, mould-release agent films and sealant tapes.
  • BLUE 21: epoxy spray adhesive for easy fixing of glass fibre reinforcement in moulds.
